In January 2019 I needed help to see that my partner was cared for after he died. Gift of Grace Funerals were accommodating when I wanted some individual touches (using our van to transport my partner to the cemetery). Stacey came to our home several times to confer and discuss aspects of the ceremony. I recommend this small boutique funeral company.

The funeral for my late Wife was handled in a caring professional and dignified manner.
All aspects pertaining were handled efficiently and where necessary pragmatically. Emotionally Stacey was very supportive, all queries resolved with telephone calls and e-mails answered promptly.Don Slater, Sorrento
Gift of Grace came recommended in our time of need.
Stacey was so supportive and guided the family on all the requirements to plan a very special send off to our much loved husband, father, granddad and friend.
Stacey and staff were thoroughly professional and caring in all aspects with advice and recommendations on celebrant, venue, flowers, catering, audio and other necessities. The family were included in all communication and planning of the very touching service which on the day was regarded by many as the finest service one had attended.
Gift of Grace I would highly recommend. It was the personal touches that compensated the sadness experienced when planning a funeral.Patricia Rosser, East Perth
I felt very strongly about Oshin living at home, dying at home, keeping his beautiful body at home and having his touching ceremony at home. The only question was “How can I make this happen”. Enter the one of a kind Funeral Director – the very dedicated and loving Stacey Farmer and the remarkable and beautiful Celebrant Ann Marie Hoyne. They were supportive way more than I could have dreamed of. I am forever grateful for the wonderful service these women provided and I will always keep these women close to my heart.

I believe the funeral we had for my husband, Bob, was the perfect funeral for him and us. This was because Stacey listened attentively to our wishes and then carried them out with sensitivity, calmness and care for the smallest details. She offered invaluable help and advice with arrangements prior to the funeral but was never pushy and gave us room to breathe and grieve. I will be forever grateful to Gift of Grace for enabling us to farewell Bob in a way that was culturally appropriate and meaningful to us all, friends and family alike.

My partner Susi Matthews passed away on the 3/4/18. Before Susi died she engaged Stacey from Gift of Grace as she wanted to organise her own farewell before she passed away so that the burden didn’t all fall on me.
Stacey provided us with the space and time to be as creative as we wanted in terms of venue, time of day, music, video recording and the type of farewell we wanted to plan. Stacey also gave us some lovely ideas to include at the ceremony e.g a tree of life with leaves that people could hang messages on of their memories of Susi. This was such a nice touch as I was able to look at these later.
We felt very cared for and safe, nothing was a bother to Stacey, she was patient had a good sense of humour that was appropriate to the occasion. Stacey took the stress out of all of this and just quietly and beautifully managed this whole process with her team.

Gift of Grace took care of the funeral arrangements for a family member of mine on August 30th.
I found Stacey to be a helpful, considerate and caring Funeral Director. She sensitively guided us through the difficult process of burying a loved one. Our requirements were unique and Stacey was flexible and supportive in catering for our specific needs by making appropriate suggestions and ensuring we were provided with the experience we wanted. I cannot recommend Gift of Grace Funerals highly enough. Their compassion and ‘nothing we can’t do’ mentality is amazing. We found the whole experience 100% professional and without incident, we were well informed and any wishes met with a positive attitude.
Itruly found the whole experience not as bad as I thought it was going to be and don’t think I would have had this fabulous service with a larger commercial company.
I would THOROUGHLY recommend Gift of Grace Funerals to anyone requiring this service

I would like to thank Stacey and her team for their caring and professional manner after the loss
of my darling husband. Stacey was so helpful and came to my home walking me and my sons
through the process of organising my husband’s celebration of life. This just helped to keep the
stress levels down at a time when they were already heightened. I cannot thank her enough for
her guidance. Nothing was too much for her. Many of our friends and family commented on the professionalism displayed and the discreet
manner in which all of Stacy’s team moved around the venue and around the people who had
attended. I have already told many people about Gift of Grace and would recommend them to
anyone who is at this difficult time in their life.Wendy Meyers, Baldivis
Being that I had family overseas to consider and a challenging personal situation, in not finding dad in time before he passed. Stacey and the team at Gift of Grace were compassionate and gave me time to grieve as they walked me through the processes.
I have been to many funerals and found dads to be a truly personal one and perfect for my dad. My dad would be proud of me that I found you to help me along the way.
We Thankyou sincerely and all Gift of Grace’s help.
Yours sincerely

Losing my dear and closest friend was so very difficult and I had no idea on the how’s of organising a funeral. Stacey from Gift of Grace was recommended to me by a friend and I was so very glad that I rang. Within an hour of my friend passing, Stacey was on the phone with me with her calming voice that allowed me to make clear decisions. Stacey’s ability to be very present, her unlimited compassion and her vast expertise, permitted the space needed to create a beautiful unique service that represented my friend’s life. I would recommended Gift of Grace to anyone who would like to say goodbye to their love ones with the loving support and care needed in such a time. Thank you very much Stacey, much love to you.

The English poet Keats wrote “Life is but a day…a fragile dew drop on its way” describing just how quickly our lives pass by. Just as precious as our lives are, so is our planet where we have lived, and as a final act of kindness to it we can leave with beauty, dignity and a softer footprint on mother earth. A naturally grown and handwoven casket is a beautiful way to say goodbye to your loved ones. Our family didn’t want a glossy chipboard casket with plastic handles to say goodbye to our daughter. When introduced to a natural woven casket we found something that was just what she would have wanted. It was beautifully woven and looked elegant in its simplicity. It made a statement of how we can contribute to our future in a simple way. A beautiful way to say goodbye.

When my son and his wife lost their baby daughter, I turned to Stacey. Stacey’s coffins are beautiful and we wanted a very special coffin for our baby. Stacey gave us so much more than a beautiful coffin. She walked gently beside us, understanding our raw grief at our time of unexpected loss. The way Stacey was able to be with us through this time was her greatest gift. I treasure her respect and sensitivity, the quiet space she gave us, her understanding and her practical experience. Stacey provides beautiful coffins because she knows the importance of funerals. She also knows how grief is softened when people are able to have the funeral they want. She goes out of her way to make that possible. This is her real work and her great gift.

Stacey came into my life at a time when I was emotionally broken. My brother had died a suddenly and I was numb. Thank you for affording me the many hours of support and guidance and especially the time we needed to say goodbye. I will be forever grateful to you and your colleagues.

Dear Stacey, We can only give positive feedback about our experience with Gift of Grace. Stacey, you were wonderful. We felt you worked so hard for us every step of the way. We are very happy to spread the good word and recommend your services to anyone who might be needing someone to trust and guide them through what is a very hard time.
Colin and Jan Read
Stacey from Gift of Grace was so helpful, friendly and respectful of our wishes for our mum. Nothing was too difficult and everything was explained step by step, the process was seamless. She met with me for over an hour to help arrange everything we needed, and to discuss the details and remained in constant touch before mum’s funeral.
My mum’s favourite colour was blue, so Stacey wore blue to the funeral in honour of our mum. It’s small gestures like that that meant so much. She was so kind hearted and made me feel at ease from the second I met her.
Stacey we can not thank you enough for everything you did for us. You made a difficult time in our lives much better with your compassion and grace.
Thank you!
Bec
