Forever Grace Plus Chapel & Graveside Package

For those wishing to honour their loved one with a meaningful farewell that brings family and friends together, our Forever Grace Plus Chapel & Graveside Package offers a thoughtful and compassionate service. This service includes a personalised ceremony held within a Cemetery Chapel, complete with music and a photo tribute to reflect and celebrate your loved one’s life. Following the chapel service, guests are invited to accompany the cortege to the graveside, where a gentle committal service takes place, allowing for final moments of reflection, remembrance, and farewell.

Our Heartfelt Professional Service Fee and Package includes the following:

• The dignified transfer (within the Perth metropolitan area during normal business hours) of your loved one from their place of passing, into a professional Mortuary Care Facility.
• Your loved one will be entrusted to the gentle care of our experienced Mortuary Care Staff, where they will rest before their funeral service.
• Funeral arrangements personally coordinated with your family by your designated Funeral Specialist, either in our O’Connor Office, at your Home or Venue of your choice or over the phone, or via email.
• Administration of all legal funeral paperwork and documentation by your designated Funeral Specialist, either in our O’Connor Office, at your Home or Venue of your choice or over the phone, or via email.
• Collection of necessary Medical & Doctor’s paperwork for their burial to take place.
• Cemetery Chapel and Condolence Lounge hire for 60 minutes, available at Fremantle, Karrakatta, or Pinnaroo Cemeteries.
• The Burial Digging Fee, also known as the Interment Fee, is a compulsory charge set by the Metropolitan Cemeteries Board (MCB). This fee covers the preparation of the grave for burial, including the opening and closing of the site on the day of the service.
• A Funeral Celebrant or Clergy, carefully selected by Gift of Grace Funerals, who will personally meet with you to create and conduct a heartfelt service. We work with a wide network of wonderful Celebrants and Clergy across Perth, and will help you find the person who best reflects your loved one’s personality and honours your family’s wishes.
• Choice of eleven (11) standard-size coffins, available in traditional or eco-friendly styles, adorned with matching fittings and complemented with a personalised name plaque.
• A choice of five (5) medium coffin floral arrangements, so you can choose the style that feels right for your loved one.
• With care and dignity, your loved one will be brought to the Cemetery Chapel in a hearse. They may be gently pre-placed in the Chapel by our staff prior to the service commencing, or, if you prefer, your chosen pallbearers can accompany and lead your loved one into the service as it begins. As these pallbearers will also be entrusted with the honour of carrying and lowering your loved one to their final resting place graveside, we recommend six (6) able and willing people be chosen for this role.
• A fully staffed funeral and graveside service, with our team on hand to provide care, guidance, and support throughout.
• Live streaming of the Chapel service only for family and friends unable to attend in person, we can provide a live online broadcast of the service.
• A Heartfelt photo tribute, set to music, featuring up to 80 cherished photos to be shared during the service.
• A full selection of meaningful music to accompany and personalise the Chapel and graveside service. For your chosen music, simply provide the song title and your preferred artist. We will source and download these for you from iTunes.
• Outdoor music system, including microphones (if required), for the graveside service.
• One (1) Marquee & Twelve (12) Chairs to provide a respectful, shaded, and comfortable environment for immediate family during the graveside service.
• A basket of fresh rosemary sprigs, the traditional symbol of remembrance, or rose petals offered to family and friends to lay gently in your loved one’s resting place as a final goodbye.
• The preparation and insertion of a standard funeral notice in The West Australian (Monday–Saturday), as well as an online tribute in The West Announcements.
• A Gift of Grace staff member will set up a beautiful hard cover memorial booklet for guests to share their name and messages of condolence. After the service this will be provided to your family as a lasting keepsake.
• Complimentary water and tissues provided for the family during the funeral service.
• Registration of the death with the Registrar General.
• One original Death Certificate

The Purchase of a Grave within one of Perth’s metropolitan cemeteries – including Fremantle, Karrakatta, Pinnaroo, Rockingham, Guildford or Midland for a tenure of 25 years is not included in this package. If you require a new grave or a renewal of an existing grave, please discuss this with your Funeral Specialist.
