Church Funeral Service Followed by an Unattended Cremation Package (90 minutes – Monday–Friday)

For families seeking a faith-centred and reverent farewell, the Divine Grace Package offers a meaningful Church service that honours your loved one’s life. This package includes a traditional service held within a Church of your choice, followed by an unattended cremation, allowing families to focus on worship, reflection, and shared remembrance.

Our Heartfelt Professional Service Fee and Package includes the following:

• The dignified transfer (within the Perth metropolitan area during normal business hours) of your loved one from their place of passing, into a professional Mortuary Care Facility.
• Your loved one will be entrusted to the gentle care of our experienced Mortuary Staff, where they will rest before their funeral service.
• Funeral arrangements personally coordinated with your family by your designated Funeral Specialist, either in our O’Connor Office, at your Home or Venue of your choice or over the phone, or via email.
• Administration of all legal funeral paperwork and documentation by your designated Funeral Specialist, either in our O’Connor Office, at your Home or Venue of your choice or over the phone, or via email.
• Collection of necessary Medical & Doctor’s paperwork for their cremation to take place.
• Cremation Permit issued by the relevant authority in Western Australia, that gives legal approval for your loved one’s cremation to take place.
• Adult Cremation fee as set by the Metropolitan Cemeteries Board (MCB).
• Choice of eleven (11) standard-size coffins, available in traditional or eco-friendly styles, adorned with matching fittings and complemented with a personalised name plaque.
• A choice of five (5) medium coffin floral arrangements, so you can choose the style that feels right for your loved one.
• Two (2) x 65″ TV screens for playing the photo tribute and holding screens.
• Sound desk and music system, including microphones (if required), for the church service.
• Dedicated AV operators to ensure the music and photo tribute run smoothly.
• A Heartfelt photo tribute, set to music, featuring up to 80 cherished photos to be shared during the service.
• A full selection of meaningful music or hymns to accompany and personalise the service. For your chosen music, simply provide the song title and your preferred artist. We will source and download these for you from iTunes.
• The preparation and insertion of a standard funeral notice in The West Australian (Monday–Saturday), as well as an online tribute in The West Announcements.
• With care, respect, and gentle attention, your loved one will be brought to the church in our hearse. They may be lovingly placed in the church by our team prior to the service, or, if preferred, your chosen pallbearers are welcome to accompany and lead your loved one into the service as it begins, and then back to the hearse at the conclusion of the Church service.
• A fully staffed funeral service, with our team on hand to provide care, guidance, and support throughout.
• A basket of fresh rosemary sprigs — the traditional symbol of remembrance —offered to guests during reflection time, to place gently with your loved one as they say their final goodbye.
• A Gift of Grace staff member will set up a beautiful hard cover memorial booklet for guests to share their name and messages of condolence. After the service this will be provided to your family as a lasting keepsake.
• Your loved one will be taken with care from the Church service in the hearse to the Cemetery, where their unattended cremation will occur.
• Complimentary water and tissues provided for the family during the funeral service.
• Registration of the death with the Registrar General.
• One original Death Certificate
• A temporary urn, provided by the Cemetery, to gently hold your loved one’s ashes in preparation for collection by your chosen Funeral Administrator.

As every families relationship and involvement with a church is unique, we ask families to arrange the Clergy and Church fees directly with the Parish Clergy and Church. These fees are not included in the package price.
