I just want to share a HUGE thank you to Joanne and the Gift of Grace team for the help and support that was given to my family for the farewelling of my father. Joanne went above and beyond to help support our family during a very difficult time. Dad's service was customised to our family's wishes with extra detailing required due to my Dad's military background. The end result was an absolutely beautiful service for Dad that was so fitting and memorable. Our family and friends who attended or watched on the live stream, were in awe of how beautiful and unique Dad's service was. My family extends our heartfelt thanks to Joanne and the Gift of Grace team. The service and care that was provided to our family in the lead up to my Dad's funeral and on the big day, was truly a class act. ❤️

As soon as I got in touch with the lovely ladies at Gift of Grace Funerals, I knew I’d come to the right people to take care both of us as a grieving family, and also of the overall organisation of Mum’s funeral for us. After a very stressful week dealing with another funeral company we’d initially chosen but which ended up lacking the guidance and empathy we needed, it was heart-warming to experience the genuine care and warmth of Tenille and Rebecca right from the outset. The big things as well as the small details were all taken care of, and nothing was too much trouble for our Funeral Specialist, Rebecca. Communication was on point and always completely respectful of our time, our feelings and needs. Many people who attended the service at Pinnaroo commented on how lovely the service was. We agreed: It was a beautiful and fitting farewell for our dear Mum - we know she would’ve loved it. 🥰🎶 Thank you so much to Rebecca, Tenille and team. We are so thankful we changed companies when we did, and put our trust in Gift of Grace Funerals to look after us and give Mum the beautiful send-off she deserved. ❤️

After our mother’s  funeral we had a   Grievance  about a situation. We felt that the new owners Tenille and Caleb Lee show no compassion or support to us. We felt their lack of empathy was emotionally draining and destructive. We were disappointed that the staff who organise the funeral also gave us no support after the situation.

As were Tenille and Nina, and all involved. Their support was amazing, their professionalism, and absolute caring meant everything. I have had to organise two other close family funerals in the past 18 months and "Gift of Grace" surpassed everything from choice of casks, to cost, to overall every detail. The producer who created the photo slideshow was hands down the best we’ve ever encountered. They thoughtfully paired stunning background images with each photo, which added such depth and emotion to the presentation. This is such an important part of a funeral service, and it truly became a cherished keepsake. The camera operator who live-streamed the funeral was equally impressive. Using multiple angles to keep the broadcast engaging and ensuring that those watching online felt truly connected. The result was a polished, professional live-stream – far beyond what I’ve seen in other funerals, where the camera typically remains stagnant at an awkward angle. In short, you won't find a better funeral service than Gift of Grace. They are, without a doubt, the best in Perth.

We found Tenille and her team to be very caring, kind and compassionate. Nothing was too much terrible and we really felt they understood us during a sad and stressful time. Mum's funeral went very smoothly and was beautiful. In fact, several people commented that it was the best funeral they had been to. I really don't think this would have been possible without Gift of Grace. We had many overseas family and friends watching on a livestream and this went without a hitch. Their production team who put together the music and our mother's photo montage did a superb job and we were grateful for their recommendation of the celebrant Verity James who did a wonderful job.
